Boosting Team Motivation in Sales

I’ve been looking into new ways to keep my sales team inspired and driven. Recently, we implemented a monthly recognition program where we celebrate top performers, and the impact has been fantastic. Has anyone else tried similar strategies — i’d love to hear what works for you.

One approach that worked for us was implementing weekly team huddles where everyone shares a recent win, big or small. It’s a great way to keep spirits high and foster a sense of camaraderie. Plus, it can be inspiring to see what others are achieving, like how @Jessica’s team hit their targets last quarter.

A recognition program is a fantastic way to celebrate wins! We’ve had success with a ‘Salesperson of the Month’ award, but I found adding a goofy trophy helped lighten the mood and made everyone laugh — who doesn’t love a giant rubber duck? Just make sure to keep it balanced so everyone feels included, not just the top seller.
