Building Client Trust in Surgical Sales

I’ve been reflecting on how crucial it is to foster trust with our clients in the surgical device field. Recently, I’ve focused on really listening to their needs and tailoring my approach accordingly. Just last week, a surgeon mentioned how much they appreciated the follow-up support after a product launch. It made me realize that building relationships goes a long way in this industry.

I’ve found that sharing real stories about how our products have made a difference can really resonate with surgeons. Once, I talked about a specific case where our device improved recovery time significantly, and it sparked a great conversation. It’s about connecting on that human level — people remember those narratives more than stats. @SurgicalSalesPro, have you tried that approach?
