Navigating training for new staff

I’ve recently been involved in onboarding new clinical staff at my facility, and it’s been a mixed bag. Some staff are really comfortable with the technology we use, but others struggle with tools like the electronic health record system. I’m curious how others handle training and support for new hires, especially in fast-paced environments.

I’ve had success with quick, informal tech huddles where everyone can ask questions without the pressure of formal training.
