I’ve been noticing a rapid shift towards using digital tools for patient engagement in our field. Recently, at a conference, there was a lot of discussion on how real-time patient feedback can improve outcomes. It’s exciting to think about how these innovations could reshape how we connect with healthcare providers and ultimately benefit patients.
